बेटी बढ़ाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ।
हमारे लिए यह श्लोगन क्या और क्यों मायने रखता है। जब के हम लोग बेटियोंकी सुरक्षा के लिए जरा भी सजग नहीं है। यह श्लोगन हमारे लिए बेटियों को जन्म देने के लिए बनाया गया है।उसे सुरक्षा देने की या उसे मुक्त जीवन देने की आजादी देने के लिए नहीं बनाया है। तभी जाकर आज भी लाखो बच्चियां शिक्षा के लिए कोसो दूर सायकिल ,पैदल,भीड़भाड़वाली बसों में सफर करती है। अगर इनसे बचती है तो शिक्षासे दूर हो जाती है। और इस वास्तविकतामे यह श्लोगन कब दम तोड़ जाता है पता भी नहीं चलता।फिर भी हम इसे रटते रहते है। यह विडम्बना है।
मुझे साईबाबा संस्थान जैसे धनिक संसथान की शिक्षा संकुल में सीसीटीव्ही कैमरा लगवाने के लिए चार साल तक संघर्ष करना पड़ा. जब के महाराष्ट्र सरकारने स्कूलों के परिसर में कैमरा लगाने का नियम बनाया था. मुंबई हाईकोर्ट ने स्कूलों और स्कुल बसोमे सीसी टीव्ही कैमरे लगाने का आदेश जारी किया था। जिन के यहाँ दो हजार करोड़ के फिक्स डिपॉजिट है उन्ही के स्कूलों में यह सुरक्षा इंतजाम करवाने को लेकर मुझे संघर्ष करना पड़ा। मेरे इस अनुभव ने इस श्लोगन के मायने बदल दिए।
” पिंक बस “
इस के बाद मेरे बच्चियोंके सुरक्षा और स्कुल ना छूटे इसके लिए संघर्ष शुरू हुवा है इसे भी करीब चार साल हो चुके है। इन चार सालो में साईबाबा संस्थान में रूबल अग्रवाल नामकी महिला आई ए एस ने दो साल यहाँ सी ई ओ के पद पर काम करते हुए दो साल बिता दिए पर मैंने बच्चियों के सुरक्षा और उनकी शिक्षा न अधूरी न रहे इस के लिए ” पिंक बस ” का कॉन्सेप्ट को शुरू नहीं कर पायी। महिला होकर भी बच्चियों की सुरक्षा और शिक्षा के मुद्दे पर गंभीरतासे क्यों सोच नहीं पायी ? यह सवाल मेरे मन मस्तिष्क में आज भी जबाब ढूंढ रहा है।
मेरा ” पिंक बस ” कॉन्सेप्ट यह था के शिरडी साई संस्थान शहर से चलने वाले नगर मनमाड इस हायवे के दोनों दिशा में याने के पूर्व और पश्चिम से केवल लड़कियों के लिए पिंक कलर की बस चलाए और उस हाइवे पर दोनों तरफ तीन तीन बस स्टॉप बने जो केवल छात्राओंके लिए बने। और वहासे पूरब और पश्चिमसे लाई बच्चियां दूसरे बस से स्कुल कॉलेज तक जाये। और यह सर्विस पूर्णतः मुफ्त हो।
दुर्भाग्य से आज तक मुझे इसके लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ रहा है। इसी को जोड़ कर साईबाबा शिक्षा संस्था के विस्तार का नया प्रोजेक्ट मैंने तैयार किया है उसका रेप्रेसेंटेशन किया है। आशा करते है साई जल्द ही इसे शुरू करवाने की बुद्धि प्रशासन चलनेवालों को प्रदान करेंगे।
आज की तारीख में साईबाबा संस्थान दो बस चला रही है ,जिस में अस्सी से ज्यादा कॉलेज छात्राये सफर करती है। वास्तव में जरुरत चार बसों की है।

Grow daughter, Educate daughter
What and why does this slogan matter to us? While we are not aware at all for the safety of daughters. This slogan is designed for us to give birth to daughters, not to give her the freedom to give protection or to give her a free life. Even then, today, thousands of girls go to school by cycles, by walking, and also in crowded buses for the purpose of education. If they abstained from doing this, their education stops. And in this reality, we do not come to know at what moment this slogan dies. Even then we keep on saying it. It is ironic.
I had to struggle for four years to get CCTV cameras installed in educational packages like Rich Spiritual Institution like Saibaba Institute. Whereas the Maharashtra government has made a rule to install cameras on the school premises. The Mumbai High Court had issued an order to install CCTV cameras in every school and school bus. I had to struggle to make this security arrangement in the schools of those who have fixed deposits of two thousand crores. This experience of mine changed the meaning of this slogan.
After this, the struggle for the safety and education of the girls has been started. and four years are passed with this struggle. In these four years, a woman named Rubal Agarwal at Saibaba Institute spent two years working for the post of CEO here, but my concept of “Pink bus” for the safety of the girls and their education is still incomplete. Despite being a woman, why could not she seriously think about the issue of safety and education of girls? This question is still ringing for answers in my mind.
My concept of “Pink Bus” was that the city of Shirdi having Ahmednagar Manmad highway, which runs from the institute of Saibaba, Shirdi, should run a pink color bus for girls only from east and west of this highway, and the bus should have three stops on both sides on that highway. And this arrangement is made for girls students coming for pre-primary to college education in Shirdi. And these pink buses will collect girls from east and west coming to school, colleges. And this service should be completely free of cost.
Unfortunately, I have to fight for it even today. Adding to this, I have prepared a new project for the expansion of Saibaba Shiksha Sanstha. Hopefully, Sai will soon give the wisdom to the administration to start it.
